My family made the emotional decision to sell my parents' home after they passed. My brother and I loved growing up in the home, and we have wonderful memories because it was a home filled with immense joy and love, in addition to being a beautiful home. We decided we didn't want to rent the home because of the landlord/tenant turmoil that currently exists in Alameda County.
It was clear after we interviewed several realtors, that Moya was the person for us. Not only did she bring care and a lot of respect for the emotional attachment we had to the home, she helped us navigate through each and every turn of the process, even if it meant communicating well into the night.
We decided to give the home a facelift since my parents lived there for over 60 years, and Moya essentially served as our project manager. She researched anything that we needed, booked the inspectors, coordinated work schedules and appointments, and was very hands-on. She had an impressive resource list, and when combined with our list of favorite service providers, it was a match made in Heaven.
Moya made sure that at every turn, nothing fell between the cracks. Her attention to detail is flawless, and her commitment to seeing the preparation and sale of our home through to fruition was amazing.
We also appreciated Moya's marketing strategies, and her use of social media to create excitement about the home before market, and again when it was ready for market. Moya is very contemporary in her thinking and execution, and she knows how to meld innovative social media strategies with traditional outreach methods to expand her market reach.
As the saying goes, "The proof is in the pudding!" Although two open houses were scheduled, an amazing pre-emptive offer came in (with backup offers) and the home was sold in only five days! Our home sold for well over the asking price, with no contingencies and a 15-day close. Moya continued to work her magic and within two weeks, we were able to meet the new owners (whom we adore by the way) and present them with the keys to their new home. We know they will create cherished memories just as we did!

Moya did a great job communicating with my partner and I to get out property sold. Our sale was a long, drawn out, difficult one for a number of reasons, including issues relating to COVID 19. Nevertheless, she found us 3 buyers, all with offers over the asking price (after counter offers). The first two "pre-approved" buyers ultimately could not get financing, so two sales fell through. Fortunately, new buyers were in place shortly after each failed sale. And, the third times a charm as we recently closed escrow with buyer #3. Thanks for all your hard work Moya! You definitely earned your money.
