Moya Robinson was born into East Bay real estate and raised in the heart of Oakland, where the sounds of jazz and the energy of community shaped her sense of place. Her family attended concerts from Yoshi’s to the Monterey Jazz Festival, immersing her early on in the culture that defines the Bay Area’s soul and sophistication.

Real estate has been part of her world for over 40 years. Her mother built a respected legacy selling homes from East Oakland to Upper Rockridge with clients ranging from local families to Oakland A’s legends. Today, with nearly 19 years as a licensed Realtor®, Moya brings that legacy forward, helping buyers and sellers make confident, strategic moves across the East Bay’s most sought-after neighborhoods.

As the saying goes, "The proof is in the pudding!" Although two open houses were scheduled, an amazing pre-emptive offer came in (with backup offers) and the home was sold in only five days! Our home sold for well over the asking price, with no contingencies and a 15-day close. Moya continued to work her magic and within two weeks, we were able to meet the new owners (whom we adore by the way) and present them with the keys to their new home. We know they will create cherished memories just as we did!
