Her family loved attending live music at Yoshi’s and concerts and festivals across the East Bay, from the Fillmore Jazz Fest to the Monterey Jazz Festival and more... These experiences deepened her appreciation for the culture and energy that make this area so special.

Her family’s journey took them from East Oakland to Upper Rockridge, and her mother built a legacy selling homes to multiple legendary Oakland A’s players, with sales spanning from the Oakland Hills to Blackhawk. Through these experiences, Moya learned firsthand how real estate is bought, sold, and how it creates generational wealth. That knowledge, combined with her deep love for the East Bay, fuels her passion for helping clients make confident real estate decisions.

As the saying goes, "The proof is in the pudding!" Although two open houses were scheduled, an amazing pre-emptive offer came in (with backup offers) and the home was sold in only five days! Our home sold for well over the asking price, with no contingencies and a 15-day close.
